Refund Policy

1. Full Refund: First 7 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service, you may cancel within 7 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. This refund applies to the hosting service fees only and does not cover any additional services, such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, or any other non-hosting-related fees.

2. Pro-Rated Refund: Day 8 to Day 45

After the initial 7 days, you are still eligible for a refund; however, it will be pro-rated based on the time elapsed since the start of your service. The pro-rated refund will be calculated from Day 8 through to Day 45 of your service period. After Day 45, no refunds will be issued.

3. Exclusions

Please note the following services are non-refundable:
– Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
– SSL certificates
– Any setup fees or one-time services
– Add-on services not directly related to hosting

4. Cancellation Process

To request a refund, you must submit a cancellation request through your Faamzobia.com account or email refunds@faamzobia.com with your Account details and the reason, before the 45-day period has expired. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

Faamzobia.com reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who repeatedly take advantage of the money-back guarantee or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made. We will require proof of id in situations where the original payment method is no longer available or expired.
